We are not obliged or willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Terms of Use & In-App Purchases

1. Subject matter

The app "Tippolo" allows users to participate in a free prediction game. In addition, voluntary payments or extensions can be purchased via in-app purchases (e.g. "Buy a coffee" or "Premium").

2. Processing via third parties

All in-app purchases are processed technically and legally through the Apple App Store (Apple Distribution International Ltd.). The Apple App Store terms and conditions also apply.

3. Right of withdrawal

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance after you have:

expressly agreed that we may begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and
acknowledged that by so agreeing you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has begun.

4. Disclaimer

We do not guarantee permanent availability of the servers (Supabase) or the accuracy of the match data provided. Legal action in respect of the prediction game is excluded.
